Blå Station is a family business founded in 1986 from the inspiration of Börge Lindau, a Swedish designer eager to produce furniture that, in his opinion, deserved a place on the market. The furnishings proposed by Blå Station are designed for contract and outdoor, with applications also in domestic environments. Installed in a former tailor's shop in the small seaside town of Åhus, the company immediately proposed itself as an atypical laboratory, a “station” in which innovative ideas and proposals pass, in a relaxed and fun atmosphere.

All Blå Station products are rigorously made in Sweden, using raw materials from Scandinavia and respecting the criteria for sustainable production. Each product is born from an inexhaustible curiosity towards the new and from the desire to propose something unexpected, not only in form, but also in function, materials and production process. The starting point is the analysis of the space in which the object will be placed, in order to identify the new needs of the public, in a world in constant evolution.
